Exponential Training & Assessment has a unique opportunity for individuals within the UK to take part in two European pilots.
As you may or may not already be aware, Exponential Training & Assessment Ltd is currently involved in two European projects through the Leonardo da Vinci Life Long Learning programme. The first of which involves developing a structured coaching programme to assist companies to build their inherent capabilities and achieve accelerated growth. The second project involves our 360 degree online assessment tool, Perspectives 360.
The High Growth Coach
The High Growth Coach is designed to achieve an increase in the stock of strongly growing SMEs within each region through the provision of high quality business coaching by suitably experienced and trained coaches.
The aim of this programme is to improve the skills and knowledge of potential and existing High Growth Coaches. To achieve this, the programme will involve the following:
- Completion of a self assessment questionnaire at the start and end of the programme
- Attendance at 3 one day interactive workshops at a location within the East Midlands
- Completion of 8 online e-learning modules
- Completion of evaluation questionnaires throughout the programme
We require approximately eighteen coaches to take part in the pilot programme which will commence in January 2012 and finish by the end of May 2012. There is no charge to take part in the programme providing that all activities are completed. The programme is funded by the European Commission Leonardo da Vinci Lifelong Learning Programme.

Perspectives 360
The second project, Perspectives 360, is designed to adapt and transfer the 360 degree skill assessment tool, Perspectives 360, for the use with SME managers in Ireland, Slovenia, Lithuania, UK, Greece and Romania. This will establish a European wide network of 360 degree assessment centres and create a European Management Skills Benchmark Database. The aim of this project is to complete Perspectives 360 assessments and feedback with 50 managers from each partner country.
Perspectives 360 is a flexible, easy-to-use online 360 degree skills assessment system. It is unique in providing a personalised set of practical development suggestions, which enable individuals to improve performance immediately.
We therefore require 50 SME managers to take advantage of a fully funded Perspectives 360 assessment within the UK. Assessments need to be completed by 31st December 2011 and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Beneficiaries must be SMEs with less than 250 employees and are required to complete an evaluation questionnaire about the process and benefits. The programme is funded by the European Commission Leonardo da Vinci Lifelong Learning Programme.
